Health Plans
Part of FMCNA's health care strategy is to provide quality and choice for you and your family. The company offers a comprehensive managed care medical plan as well as a number of HMO alternatives.
Dental Plan
The FMCNA Dental Plan is designed to encourage good dental health and help you with the cost of treatment. Different levels of coverage are available for preventative, restorative, prosthodontics and orthodontia. The Plan's highest level of coverage is for preventative at 100%.
Time Off
FMCNA understands the importance of time away from work for your general health and well being. The company has two different ways of encouraging people to take time for themselves - the Paid Time Off/Extended Sick Leave program or the Holiday, Vacation, Sick Time program. Your business unit's policy determines which program applies to you.
Flexible Reimbursement Accounts
You have a choice of two Reimbursement Accounts. You can set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified dependent care expenses or for uncovered medical and/or dental expenses and save on your taxes.
401 (k) Savings Plan
This plan provides you with an easy way to save money for retirement. FMCNA also provides a matching contribution and many fund choices to maximize your savings potential.
Disability Income Plan
FMCNA offers optional Disability Income plans to provide income while you are disabled and unable to work due to short - or long - term illness or injury.
