Renal Research Institute

The Renal Research Institute (RRI) is dedicated to advancing therapy options for dialysis patients to provide the highest caliber of care based on advanced clinical technology. Hospital Clinical Services Group

Hospital Clinical Services Group, Inc. (HCSG) was formed in May 2007 when privately-held Specialty Care Services Group (SCSG) acquired Fresenius Medical Care Extracorporeal Alliance (FMCEA), the largest and longest continuously operating provider of outsourced perfusion, autotransfusion, and other surgical blood management services in the United States. HCSG now represents nearly 40 years of innovation and clinical excellence and provides services to more than 300 hospitals including over 160 cardiac surgery programs at hospitals in 32 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.

KidneyTel, Inc. is an integrated care management company for CKD and ESRD patients contracted with commercial health plans to help lower the impact of ESRD related health care costs and improve patient outcomes. The KidneyTel program is comprised of two parts that work together for integrated patient care: A Personal KidneyTel Nurse and the KidneyTel Home TeleHealth Monitoring program.

Fresenius Medical Care Health Plan

Fresenius Medical Care Health Plan (FMCHP) is a Medicare-approved Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan open exclusively to people with ESRD. It is designed to help meet the specific needs of a dialysis patient. Through this plan, the dialysis patient receives benefits beyond those offered through Original Medicare. The FMCHP member benefits from the KidneyTel program, flex-benefit spending on preventive care, transportation and nutritional support.
