MEDICAL DIRECTOR CONTRACTING

Physician Contracting is the comprehensive point of service for issues related to the contractual arrangements between FMCNA and its medical directors.

In addition, we provide general guidance to our field operations staff on contractual issues, fair market value questions related to the services of medical directors of dialysis units, and general strategic planning with our affiliated physician staff.

Our group works with physicians' legal counsel and FMCNA in order to get agreements in place in a timely and efficient manner. We are dedicated to developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our physicians by conducting negotiations professionally and fairly.
