Dialysis Products Technical Services: Field Services
We support more than equipment. We support you.

Our field service team is focused on helping our customers and their patients achieve maximum performance and reliability from their Fresenius dialysis systems through on-site support during and after the warranty period. Factory trained representatives are situated in major metropolitan areas throughout the United States. On-site support is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours and on-call personnel are available after hours and on holidays.

    • Standard on-site service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. After hours service is available at an additional charge.
