Dialysis Products Technical Services: Technical Training
Fresenius Technical Services offers training courses tailored to meet the needs of staff responsible for servicing Fresenius manufactured equipment. Our courses combine multimedia presentations, lecture and hands-on instruction to enhance the learning process.
We have two training centers located in major metropolitan areas. One training center is located in Fresenius largest distribution center at Coppell, Texas approximately 25 minutes from Dallas or Fort Worth and just 2 miles north of DFW airport. The second training center is located in Fresenius state of the art customer service call center at Waukegan, Illinois, approximately 50 minutes from downtown Chicago.
